Most of us are drawn to a certain aesthetic. A look, a mood, a world that feels like ours the moment we see it. We can't always put it into words, but we know it when we see it, and it feels deeply personal.
Imagery like that takes creative direction, professional styling and a full team, so it has largely belonged to brands with big budgets and models who fit the beauty standard of the day.
For most of us, it’s been something to admire from a distance. We built Pearl Lane Studio to change that.
Working one-on-one with your creative director, you will explore your creativity, connect with your own visual language and shape it into a concept for your shoot.
On the day, your creative team will support and guide you as you become the main character in a collection of images that feel authentically you.

DESIGN
Where your concept is shaped
Before your concept session, you’ll complete a questionnaire about your tastes and share the images that inspire you. Your creative director studies everything before you meet, so the session starts from your taste, not from scratch.
The session itself is one-on-one and usually runs around two hours. But we never rush you.
During your concept session you’ll:

DISCOVER the aesthetic you’re drawn to.

TRANSLATE it into a clear visual direction.

DEVELOP it into a concept that’s yours, from styling and wardrobe to hair, makeup, lighting and mood.
The session ends with a draft concept for your shoot. We’re confident you’ll love it, and if you don’t, there’s no obligation to continue and your deposit is refunded.
Step 4
PRODUCE
Where you bring your concept to life
Before the day, you’ll know exactly what to bring and how to arrive so you'll arrive feeling ready to go.
On the day, the studio is yours alone. Styling, professional hair and makeup, and posing guidance are all taken care of, and the energy stays light, playful and a lot of fun. No pressure, no experience needed.

Where you secure your place
Secure your place by choosing a date for your concept session, you'll be connected with your creative director straight away and find your questionnaire waiting in your client portal.
Step 3
APPROVE
The finishing touches to make sure its truly yours
After your concept session, your creative director polishes your concept and sends it back to you. Add any final input before it’s locked in, and ask for help with any questions or decisions along the way.
Only once it’s approved do you choose your package and shoot day, then pay your shoot fee (less your deposit). You’re never choosing blind.
This is also where you will receive clear guidance on how to prepare for shoot day, so nothing is left to chance.
Step 5
REVEAL
Choose your collection
About a week after your shoot, you’ll join us for a private reveal. Your photographer has already selected and edited the best images, so you see them at their finest. Choose the images you love to build your collection, with no obligation to purchase.
Every image you choose is then professionally retouched and delivered to you.

BEFORE
THE SHOOT
From the moment you book, you’re connected with your personal creative director, who stays with you throughout the process. Message or call them at any stage with questions or to ask for guidance, and share files and inspiration through your client portal.
DURING
THE SHOOT
You have a team of your own, including your creative director, your photographer and a professional hair and makeup artist, all working with you and only you. Because you’ve built a rapport with your creative director in your concept session, you’ll walk in to a familiar face and feel at ease from the start.
AFTER
THE SHOOT
You won’t be sorting through hundreds of frames. Your photographer curates and edits the strongest images before your private reveal. When you arrive, your creative director, who knows your vision better than anyone, guides you through choosing your collection and any finishing touches you’d like.

Today, all you need to choose is a time to meet your creative director.
Your investment has two parts, so you only pay for what your concept needs, and only buy the images you love.
Part 1
SHOOT PACKAGE
Once your concept is approved, your creative director recommends a package to bring it to life, and you can ask any questions before you decide. Your package is shaped by your concept: the number of looks, the level of hair and makeup, your locations and your time on set.
Shoot packages range from $330 to $990.
Larger concepts can be priced as custom packages.
Part 2
IMAGE
PACKAGE
At your private reveal, you’ll choose the images you love and build your final collection.
Professional retouching is included with each image you purchase. Your creative director will guide you through what’s possible, so you can choose what you’d like done, whether that’s removing a stray hair or a crease in your pants.
After the reveal, our retouching team completes your requests and delivers your final images.
